Payment: Pay before delivery, by Mobile Money or bank transfer. We confirm the amount with you on WhatsApp first.
Delivery: We deliver anywhere in Ghana.
Delivery fee: Paid by the customer. It depends on your location, and we agree it with you on WhatsApp before sending.
Delivery time: We tell you on WhatsApp when to expect your order.
Returns: If an item arrives faulty or damaged, or is not what you ordered, tell us on WhatsApp within 3 days of receiving it. We replace it with the same item or another of the same value, and we pay the delivery to send it back. We do not give refunds, and we do not take items back for other reasons.
